Meet the Pastor
Pastor Chris Biernacki was born in Cleveland, OH, briefly lived in Buffalo, NY and Glenview, IL but spent the majority of his youth in middle Tennessee. After high school, he moved to Wisconsin and attended Concordia University in Mequon and graduated in 2010 with a BA in theology and theological languages.
Chris then moved to St. Louis, MO to attend Concordia Seminary to prepare for the pastoral ministry. As part of his training, from 2012-2013, Chris served as a vicar at Concordia Lutheran Church in Conover, NC. Before beginning the final year of Seminary, Chris took a sabbatical year to study theology at Westfield House in Cambridge, England.
When he returned Chris married his wife Stephanie in May of 2014. In the spring of 2015, Chris graduated from the Seminary, received a call as pastor at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, and moved to Florence, AL. After serving at Our Redeemer for 7 years, Chris accepted a call to serve at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Wildwood, MO. We consider it a blessing to join the saints at St. Paul’s. And we are thankful to serve the Lord and His people in the Missouri District.
In his spare time, Christopher enjoys restoring my old car, grilling, woodwork, playing classical guitar, and road biking.
Chris and Stephanie have a pug named Cooper, a six year old daughter named Adeline, a 4 year old son named Oliver, and 2 year old twins named Archie and Ivy.
